“RIGHT TO KNOW” POLICY
We, at Wish Salon and Day Spa have a new policy. The “Right To Know” policy. This means your service provider will be informing you of the products used on either your skin or your hair today. This is our way of ensuring that you get the same results at home as we achieve for you in our spa.
CANCELLATION POLICY
24 hours notice for any single service, 48 hours notice for any multiple services, 72 hours notice for group or bridal bookings.You will receive a courtesy reminder call a day or more before your scheduled appointment. If you miss an appointment a charge will incurr.
CELL PHONE
As a courtesy to all our guests cell phones must be turned off before entering our Spa. Cell phones are permitted in our hair studio, however we request that your phone be turned on silent or text messaging setting.
CHILDREN
Respectfully we ask that children under the age of 12 do not enter the spa unless they are scheduled for a service. All children are welcome in our hair studio but must have adult supervision if under the age of 12.
REFERRAL PROGRAM
The greatest compliment you can give us is the referral of your friends and family members. To show our appreciation, for every guest you send in, you will receive a $20.00 credit towards your next visit and they will also receive $20.00 off their first visit.[conditions apply, contact us for details]
ARRIVAL TIME
If you are a first time guest please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out our information form while relaxing over an herbal tea or fresh cup of coffee.
BRIDAL PARTIES + GROUP BOOKINGS
We specialize in Group Bookings and Bridal Parties. The earlier you contact us the more comfortably we can accommodate you. For Bridal Party Bookings please contact us as soon as your wedding date has been chosen.
WISH CARDS
Wish Cards are the perfect gift for any family member or friend. We can assist you in designing a gift package or purchasing a gift card for any dollar amount which may be used towards any service or purchase of product.
WARRANTY & REFUNDS
Wish Salon and Day Spa cannot accept returns on any hot tools such as Flat Irons, Blowdryers, Curling Irons etc unless they are defective.If the manufactures warranty is still in effect we can only exchange the product for a new one if your product is defective. Refunds are not available on any styling tools.
PAYMENT

We except cash, debit, MasterCard, Visa and American Express. All prices are subject to GST.
